4 Work out your bonus structure carefully.

The bonus structure that I’ve implemented for my own gaming company is the most important part of the company. It’s what makes it possible for everyone involved to earn a good living, and not just me. You get a bonus for every game site sale. But when those you sold to sell game sites to OTHERS, you also get a percentage of that sale. {That’s level 2.} Then you get a percentage from the sales from level 2 sales! This is level 3. There is plenty of opportunity to make an adequate income with this program structure.
