Before you choose which affiliate program you interested and going to made tons of money from, you need to consider several factors:
1. How much money you possibly generate from that particular affiliate?
- Does the affiliate provide solutions need in market? How strong competition out there?
- Does the affiliate commission is reasonable compare to your effort?
2. Does the sales page attract buyer?
- Are you interested to buy the product after read the sales page? If not, high possibility your target customer won’t too!
3. Is there any promoting support from the affiliate merchant?
- Make sure that the affiliate merchant provides you with many promotional materials such as pre-written email, link signatures, sample of advertisement and articles.
4. Marketing plan for your affiliate.
- You need to plan how many affiliates program you want to join to achieve your target income.
- If you plan to link plenty of them in one page, make sure they are related to each other but not redundant products!
5. Build your own pre-sell page.
- Even though your merchant provides you with sales page, I suggest that you build one simple page called pre-sales page. It will help to increase sales since your targeted buyer are pre-ready to buy when enter the sales page.
